Je ondersteunt mensen met dementie in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving en zorgt voor afwisselende dagactiviteiten en persoonlijke aandacht. Je voert gesprekken, stelt rapportages op en ondersteunt mantelzorgers en naasten.
Werk vindt hoofdzakelijk overdag plaats; avonden of weekenden zijn incidenteel mogelijk. Een mbo-3 diploma in zorg/welzijn en ADL-/medicatiebevoegdheid (of bereidheid dit te halen) zijn vereist,
