Pergamijn zoekt een Assisterend Begeleider voor een woongroep in Herkenbosch. Je ziet wat cliënten nodig hebben en ondersteunt bij ADL, maaltijden en sociale activiteiten, met aandacht voor veiligheid en welzijn.
Je werkt voornamelijk in de ochtend- en avonddiensten, circa 5 uur per dienst, in een zorgteam. Een zorggerelateerd mbo-diploma (niveau
2) is vereist en affiniteit met gehandicaptenzorg is welkom.
