Zuideres locatie van Zorgplein Noord in Zuidwolde (Drenthe) zoekt een begeleider voor 24–28 uur per week. Je bouwt een warme relatie op met onze cliënten en herkent hun individuele zorgbehoeften.
Als begeleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor een duidelijke dagstructuur, veiligheid en regie bij de cliënten, met ondersteuning van communicatie-middelen zoals pictogrammen en PECS;
Triple-C vormt het uitgangspunt van de zorg.
