Stichting Philadelphia Zorg zoekt een Begeleider Gehandicaptenzorg voor De Rietkraag in Heinkenszand. Je werkt 24 uur per week en ondersteunt volwassenen met een verstandelijke beperking in zelfstandig wonen en dagelijks leven.
Je stimuleert zelfredzaamheid, levert rust en structuur, en rapporteert veranderingen in zorg en welzijn. Werken in een kleinschalige, warme woonomgeving met teamwork en opleidingsmogelijkheden.
