Triade Vitree zoekt een betrokken Begeleider om cliënten dagelijks structuur, veiligheid en plezier te bieden. Je werkt mee aan ADL-zorg en medische zorg waar nodig, en je draagt bij aan een warme, huiselijke leefomgeving in Lelystad.
Je hebt een zorgdiploma mbo-niveau 3+, ervaring met VG-doelgroep, en bent flexibel inzetbaar voor wisseldiensten inclusief slaapdiensten, weekenden en feestdagen. Een vast contract bij goed functioneren behoort tot de mogelijkheden.
