De Vergert in Duiven zoekt een begeleider EMB die intensieve begeleiding biedt aan volwassenen met EMB en die zorgt voor structuur en veiligheid. Je werkt volgens een zorgplan en stemt af met collega’s en behandelaren om elke bewoner dichtbij te brengen wat nodig is.
Je hebt een relevante zorgopleiding op minimaal niveau 3, ervaring in gehandicaptenzorg EMB en je werkt methodisch, cliëntgericht en met warmte en humor.
