Interzorg zoekt een gepassioneerde diëtist voor ouderenzorg in Smilde. Je werkt 8 uur per week met ruimte voor meer uren in de toekomst, in de eerstelijnszorg en binnen een betrokken team. In deze rol ben je dé expert op het gebied van voeding voor ouderen.
Je biedt individuele voedingsbegeleiding, werkt nauw samen met artsen en zorgprofessionals en draagt bij aan voedingsbeleid en voorlichting. Je hebt een hbo-opleiding Voeding en Diëtetiek, bent ingeschreven in het kwaliteitsregister
