Impactpersoneel zoekt een Begeleider om cliënten te ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse activiteiten binnen een zorglocatie in Overijssel. Je werkt volgens het zorgplan en reageert op acute zorgbehoeften, met nauwe afstemming met collega’s en behandelaren.
Ervaring in de gehandicaptenzorg is een pré en een zorggerelateerd mbo-3 diploma is vereist. Daarnaast ben je flexibel inzetbaar en kun je zelfstandig werken.
