Location: IJsselmuiden
Stichting Philadelphia Zorg zoekt Begeleider Gehandicaptenzorg voor de nachtdienst bij Oosterlandenhof in IJsselmuiden. Je werkt 16 tot 24 uur per week en zorgt ’s nachts voor rust en veiligheid van bewoners. Je werk is zelfstandig, met een slaapwacht en Digi Contact als back-up.
Je volgt de LACCS-methodiek en levert zorg op maat, inclusief ADL-ondersteuning wanneer nodig. Wij vragen een mbo niveau 3-diploma Zorg & Welzijn, affiniteit met verstandelijke beperking, en beschikbaarheid voor
