Je analyseert wensen, informeert over mogelijkheden en ondersteunt bij besluitvorming. Je werkt zelfstandig maar zoekt verbinding met zorgteams en partners, beheert wachtlijsten en draagt bij aan doorontwikkeling van zorgproducten en beleid.
