Location: Sleeuwijk
SOVAK BV zoekt een Persoonlijk Begeleider voor de Ridderpoort te Sleeuwijk. Je biedt zorg, begeleiding en activiteitenbegeleiding aan diverse doelgroepen en volgt een integraal rooster tussen Ridderpoorten en AC Munnikenland.
Je werkt in diensten van 7:00 tot 15:00 uur, 14:30 tot 23:00 uur en een slaapdienst van 22:45 tot 10:00 uur, met mogelijk werken op buitenlocaties. Een zorggerelateerd diploma op minimaal niveau 4 is vereist en bij goed functioneren krijg je direct een vast contract.
