Zorggroep Drenthe Spectrum zoekt een Helpende om cliënten dagelijks te ondersteunen bij verzorging (ADL) en bij te dragen aan een fijn en waardevol leven. Je hebt oog voor wat iemand nodig heeft en zorgt voor veiligheid, comfort en aandacht.
Je werkzaamheden variëren van begeleiden bij ADL tot uitvoeren van zorgplantoefeningen, signaleren van veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn, en het stimuleren van zelfstandigheid.
