Beter Thuis Wonen zoekt een Groepsbegeleider/Persoonlijk Begeleider voor onze woonzorg locatie Baron van Fridaghstraat in Ommen. Je biedt dagelijkse begeleiding, ondersteunt bij structuur en zelfstandig leren wonen, en rapporteert aan de Coördinator.
Je hebt minimaal MBO niveau 4 of HBO Zorg & Welzijn en ervaring met diverse doelgroepen. Een rijbewijs is vereist en slaapdiensten zijn mogelijk. Salaris volgens CAO VVT en een contract van 20–24 uur met uitzicht op verlenging.
