SOVAK BV zoekt een gedragskundige voor onze locatie(n) binnen SOVAK. Je werkt 24-32 uur per week en hebt een universitaire opleiding in orthopedagogiek, psychologie of gezondheidswetenschappen met diagnostiek.
Je coördineert zorg, voert beeldvorming en diagnostiek uit, zet doelen en rapporteert aan betrokkenen. Je werkt multidisciplinair met GZ-psychologen en andere behandelaren en neemt deel aan werkgroepen.
