Care4 Group zoekt een Verzorgende IG voor diverse zorginstellingen in Tiel en omgeving. U biedt PG-, somatiek- en NAH-zorg en helpt cliënten zelfstandig en comfortabel te leven. De afwisseling tussen doelgroepen houdt het werk uitdagend en leerzaam.
Je werkzaamheden omvatten verzorging, medicatie, zorgplannen en begeleiding gedurende hersteltrajecten, in multidisciplinaire teams. Eerdere ervaring in geriatrische zorg is een pluspunt.
