At Moxy The Hague, we don’t do boring, not even ’re looking for an All-round Moxy Crew Day/Night who thrives when the city sleeps and the vibes stay alive.
You’ll work the night shift (23:00 – 07:00) in our iconic Moxy & Residence Inn by Marriott hotel, located in the Muzentoren, right in the heart of The Hague. Part of Marriott International, the world’s biggest hospitality company, and managed by IHCP, we combine bold hospitality with personality, music and fun 24/7.
You’re the host, the problem solver, the bartender, the pizza/ breakfast hero, the night expert. Basically? A Moxy Crew member does it all and that’s exactly what makes working #At The Moxy so exciting.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As an All-round Moxy Crew Day/Night, you are the face of the hotel during the night: confident, playful and always in control.
During your shift, you will:
Deliver exceptional guest experiences together with the team
Handle all guest check-ins and check-outs
Process payments, late charges and resolve disputes
Answer and process guest calls, messages, requests and questions
Provide directions and local tips around The Hague
Prepare and serve food & beverages, including bartending and pizza making
Upsell and cross-sell Moxy-style
Keep your workspace clean and HACCP-compliant
Run the Night Audit and prepare reservations for the next day
Support with breakfast preparation and service
You are the FUN HUNTER, the calm night presence and the reason guests feel safe, welcome and entertained, even at 3 AM.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
You:
Are FUN HUNTER, stylish and lighthearted
Are a true team player with a passion for hospitality
Communicate confidently in English (Dutch is a plus)
Have experience with Night Audit (required)
Experience with Opera and Micros is an advantage
Bring your own STYLE to every guest interaction
Are flexible to work weekdays, weekends and different shifts
Are ready to take a BIG challenge and grow with us
Are looking for a full-time or part-time role
Can provide two professional references
