Een financieel adviesbureau in Hardenberg zoekt een IT Servicedesk Medewerker. In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor IT-vragen van collega's. Je biedt ondersteuning bij alle IT-gerelateerde problemen via telefoon, e-mail of ticketsysteem. Een mbo-4 diploma in ICT is vereist, samen met goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte houding. Je komt in een betrokken team met ruimte voor groei en ontwikkeling.
