Technical Consultant Climate

As a Technical Consultant Climate at Ridder, you are the specialist in software implementation and (Modbus) integration of our climate control solutions. You support customers in configuring and optimizing systems such as climate, lighting and energy management, both on‑site and remotely. By integrating Ridder software, IoT products, and AI‑partner systems, you ensure reliable data exchange and optimal system performance.

You advise customers, support the Helpdesk and Service teams with complex technical issues, and work closely with R&D, Product Management and Technical Sales to standardize solutions and improve our products. In this role, you translate customer needs into effective technical solutions and actively contribute to innovation in climate automation.

You are technically curious, solution‑oriented and enjoy working on complex integrations. You have a relevant bachelor’s degree (HBO/University) in digital control or a related field, experience with IoT, Modbus and climate control systems, and you enjoy collaborating across teams while proactively improving systems and processes.
