Van Dijk Employment Services is op zoek naar een Adviseur Leren & Ontwikkelen voor de gemeente Hengelo. Je speelt een cruciale rol in de aanbesteding en implementatie van een nieuw Learning Management System (LMS) en vertaalt opleidingsbeleid naar praktische uitvoering.
Je hebt minimaal hbo-bachelorniveau en 3 jaar ervaring met implementaties binnen L&O. Hybride werken is mogelijk, met een minimum van 3 dagen per week op locatie in Hengelo.
