Software Hotliner | €3.800 - €4.300
Wij leveren technische ondersteuning aan bedrijven in de industrie.
We werken dagelijks met geavanceerde automatiseringssoftware.
Samenwerking en kennisdeling zijn standaard binnen ons team.
Wat ga je precies doen?- Biedt technische ondersteuning voor CAD/CAM-software
- Diagnosticeert en verhelpt softwareproblemen van klanten
- Escaleert complexe softwarevragen naar experts
- Installeert en configureert MES- en data-applicaties
- Geeft trainingen als Software Hotliner op locatie
- Hbo-diploma Informatica of vergelijkbaar vereist
- Minimaal 1 jaar softwareondersteuning ervaring
- Kennis van CAD/CAM- en MES-applicaties
- Ervaring met ERP systemen en data-analyse
- Bereidheid tot reizen voor softwaretrainingen
- Brutosalaris van €3.800 - €4.300 per maand voor fulltime
- Werken met geavanceerde software en systemen
- Ruimte voor trainingen en ontwikkeling
- Fijne samenwerking binnen een supportteam
- Uitdagende projecten op locatie en op afstand
