Provincie Overijssel zoekt een programmamanager die regie voert op de volledige programmalifecycle: van initiatie tot aanbesteding, implementatie en beheertransitie. De opdracht omvat negen mijlpalen en governance- en stakeholderanalyses. Start zo spoedig mogelijk; 36 uur per week voor 12 maanden met verlengingsoptie.
Minimum HBO-bachelor en ruim 5 jaar ervaring bij de overheid, plus aantoonbare aanbestedingservaring in de publieke sector zijn vereist. Selectie op resultaten en mijlpalen.
