U analyseert huidige processen, behoeften en de marktconsultatie om verschillende oplossingsrichtingen te vergelijken.
U maakt per scenario de functionele, technische en financiële consequenties inzichtelijk en levert een integraal advies met voorkeursrichting, governance en implementatie-roadmap.
