We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Team Lead Support to lead our IT Support organization. In this role, you are responsible for the overall performance of the support function, including service levels, team effectiveness, and continuous improvement of processes and tooling. You ensure a customer-focused support experience and maximize team performance through coaching and development.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the IT Support team, including performance management and coaching

Ensure high-quality, customer-oriented IT support services

Monitor and improve service levels in line with IT SLAs

Drive continuous improvement of processes and Service Now workflows

Manage IT support tooling with a strong focus on Service Now

Ensure effective management of IT assets (lifecycle, tracking, compliance)

Act as escalation point for complex or critical incidents

Align support operations with business needs and IT strategy

Collaborate with other IT domains to improve end-to-end service delivery.

What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

5+ years of experience in IT Support or IT Service Management

Proven experience leading or coaching support teams

Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, request, problem, change)

Experience with Service Now is required

Experience with IT asset management

Strong customer-oriented mindset

Strong analytical and communication skills

Experience in an international or fast-paced environment is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

Located around Eindhoven or willing to relocate

Fluent in English, both spoken and written, Dutch is considered a plus.
