Within our cross‑dock operation, you work at the heart of logistics, where speed, teamwork and flexibility are essential. You lead a team while remaining visible and actively involved on the shop floor: you’re on it.

• coordinating and distributing daily activities within the cross‑dock operation;
• leading, motivating and supporting your team on the shop floor;
• actively assisting with loading, unloading and sorting activities when required;
• identifying and resolving operational disruptions;
• ensuring compliance with procedures, safety regulations and quality standards.

Your team stands out within DSV because of its committed colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Together, you ensure that the operation runs successfully every single day.

• experience in a logistics or warehouse environment;
• leadership skills combined with a hands‑on mentality;
• a problem‑solving mindset;
• good communication skills in English (Dutch or German is a plus);
• willingness to work in a three‑shift schedule.
