As a Service Delivery Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily management and coordination of logistics services for one or multiple customers. You ensure that all inbound and outbound flows are processed efficiently, accurately, and on time, while meeting agreed service levels and customer expectations. You act as a key link between the customer, the warehouse, and operational teams. Through your coordination and proactive approach, logistics processes run smoothly, operational targets are achieved, and service quality is continuously improved.

You monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and take the necessary actions to ensure operational excellence.

• Manage and oversee the daily logistics operations for your customer portfolio
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments within the warehouse
• Monitor operational agreements, service levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues and escalations
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor inventory levels, order processing, and transportation activities
• Analyze operational performance and implement corrective actions where needed
• Prepare and review operational reports with customers
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects

• You have experience within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or customer operations
• You have a strong affinity for customer management and operational coordination
• You possess excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills
• You communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels
• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data and KPIs
• You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
