We collaborate closely with Logistics, Appraisals, and external contractors to make sure the building supports every stage of our customer journey.

  • Suggest smarter maintenance routines, tools, or materials to reduce repeat issues.
  • Support wider facilities projects such as refurbishments, re‑layouts, office moves, and new equipment installs.
  • Champion a tidy, compliant, and well‑maintained environment that reflects Arcavindi’s care for people and property.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, prioritising tasks to minimise operational disruption.
  • Work alongside external contractors for specialist or larger projects, ensuring work is safe, compliant, and signed off.
