We are looking for an Operator to strengthen our team in a friendly and welcoming work environment. Here, you'll work with great colleagues in a positive atmosphere.

As an Operator, you ensure the production process runs smoothly. You prepare production runs, keep the machines running, and resolve any malfunctions. In addition, you adjust speeds, temperatures, dosages, and materials when necessary to ensure the final product always meets the highest quality standards.

In return for your efforts, you’ll receive a gross monthly salary between €3,280 and €4,020 (including shift allowance), a year-end bonus of 5.25% (excluding), and plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement.

• Independently operating and managing a group of machines and/or monitoring the uninterrupted progress of the processing line;
• Overseeing start-up and shutdown procedures;
• Monitoring and adjusting automated processes;
• Performing various quality measurements and recording the data in QIS;
• Carrying out simple repairs and maintenance tasks;
• Independently resolving minor malfunctions or disruptions;
• Cleaning machines/production lines;
• Independently performing technical changeover activities;
• Guiding and motivating new or less experienced colleagues at various workstations;
• Actively contributing improvement proposals for the production process.

Je bent in het bezit van

• You have the ability to work and think at a Level 3 secondary vocational education (MBO);
• You have extensive work experience in a production environment, preferably in the food industry;
• You have experience with automated systems;
• You have a good command of the English language and you are willing to learn the Dutch language;
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system. xktqrzv
