Bouwtechnokracht zoekt een Productieleider in Kootstertille. In deze rol geef je leiding aan productieafdelingen in een moderne prefab betonproductieomgeving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en optimalisatie van het productieproces, en zorgt voor veilige en kwalitatieve output. Je hebt een HBO-opleiding en minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring. Tevens bied je mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling en doorgroei in een professionele werkomgeving.
