Growers United is op zoek naar een Teamleider Productie in Maasdijk. Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan het verpak- en distributiecentrum en stuurt op KPI’s. Je analyseert resultaten, signaleert verbeterkansen en implementeert verbeterprojecten met Lean en Operational Excellence.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor 3 teamleiders, 15–20 operators en in het hoogseizoen 250–300 uitzendkrachten. Dienstverband is in ploegendienst; een informele werksfeer en doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn geboden.
