Werkstede in Hallum zoekt een operator in de foodsector. Je werkt fulltime in een 3-ploegendienst van maandag tot vrijdag in de mengerij, waar het productieproces begint. Je maakt beslag en vullingen, stelt machines in en controleert hoeveelheden.
Je bewaakt de kwaliteit volgens HACCP, hygiëne en veiligheidsregels, werkt met grondstoffen, recepten en productgegevens, en zorgt dat de mengerij netjes draait. Je signaleert afwijkingen en draagt het werk over aan de volgende ploeg.
