Volunteer Walking Companion Clients

Volunteer Walking Group

1x a month at Het Zonnehuis in Beekbergen the team organizes a walking group with clients. We are looking for volunteers to accompany the clients for a 2‑hour walk each Wednesday from 14.00 to 16.00, starting at the Zonnehuis at Dorpstraat 49.

Volunteer work at Zorggroep Apeldoorn includes activities such as drinking a cup of coffee with a client, walking, supporting activities such as cooking or music. Volunteers play a vital role in supporting patient care and improving client experience.

What you can do as a volunteer depends on your interests and availability. We work with the coordinators of Bureau Vrijwillige Inzet to match your skills and the needs of our clients. Volunteers can schedule from several days a week to a half‑day a month.
