De Zorggroep in Maasbracht zoekt een wijkverpleegkundige voor hun thuiszorgteam. Je zorgt ervoor dat cliënten de zorg krijgen die ze nodig hebben om zelfstandig te blijven wonen. De rol omvat het afhandelen van complexe zorgsituaties en het organiseren van zorgroutes.
Een hbo-verpleegkundige diploma is vereist. Daarbij bieden we een salaris op basis van de cao VVT, tot €4.659,42 bruto per maand bij fulltime dienstverband.
