Lelie zorggroep in Gelderland zoekt een ANW-hoofd voor avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten, die verantwoordelijk is voor de ondersteuning van collega's en bewoners met complexe zorgvragen. Je bent de schakel tussen bewoners, medewerkers en artsen in diverse zorglocaties, waaronder Elburg en Nunspeet.
Als ANW-hoofd coach je collega's in verpleegtechnische handelingen en zorg je voor de triage van incidenten. Een uitdagende functie met veel afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid binnen een multidisciplinair team.
