Zozorg is op zoek naar een coördinerend verpleegkundige (HBO-V) in Landgraaf. Jij neemt de regie over het zorgproces binnen een intramurale zorginstelling en combineert hands-on verpleegkundig werk met leidinggeven aan een multidisciplinair team.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de zorgkwaliteit, ondersteunt collega’s in hun ontwikkeling en werkt aan de implementatie van zorgbeleid. Inzet is zowel fulltime als parttime mogelijk, met arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de CAO VVT.
