Je verleent verpleegtechnische zorg, ondersteunt bij ADL en bevordert autonomie. Er is ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling en samenwerking met huisartsen en wijkteams.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens CAO VVT met een salaris tussen €2.573,47 en €3.471,46 bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek.
