Tangenborgh zoekt een HBO-verpleegkundige voor wijkzorg in Coevorden, Eendrachtshof en Franciscus. Je beheert een eigen caseload en werkt in drie wijkteams, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en doelmatige zorg.
Je bent BIG-geregistreerd en hebt ervaring in wijkverpleging, met zelfstandige indicatiestelling. Je communiceert vaardig en denkt planmatig over zorgprocessen. Het gaat om een vast contract van 32–36 uur met aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden.
