Zorglocatie West Zeeuws-Vlaanderen zoekt een Regieverpleegkundige / Kwaliteitsverpleegkundige die verpleegkundige expertise combineert met coaching, kwaliteitsverbetering en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
Je werkt op een psychogeriatrische afdeling met 17 bewoners en een betrokken team van 22 collega’s. Ongeveer 60% van de tijd zet je in op kwaliteitswerkzaamheden en 40% in directe zorg, met ruimte voor opleidingen en professionele groei en samenwerking met artsen en zorgpartners.
