Anna Zorggroep zoekt een Verpleegkundige CHR/ELV voor de revalidatieafdeling en ELV. Je levert deskundige verpleegkundige zorg, bewaakt de gezondheidstoestand en zet de cliënt centraal in herstel en eigen regie.
Je werkt samen met teamcoördinatoren, artsen en paramedici en krijgt een contract voor 24 uur per week met marktconform salaris in schaal 45. Daarnaast biedt de werkgever een meerkeuzesysteem arbeidsvoorwaarden en ontwikkelingskansen.
