Independent Recruiters Groep BV in the Netherlands is seeking a driven Sous Chef for a luxury hotel on a historic estate in South Limburg. You will lead the kitchen team, craft refined à la carte dishes, and elevate every plate with regional produce.
Work closely with the head chef to develop menus, supervise mise-en-place, and ensure HACCP compliance while maintaining the highest standards of flavour and presentation.
