Hof van Saksen zoekt een Sous-chef voor ons self-service restaurant Al Fresco. Je bent de rechterhand van de Chef-kok, geeft meewerkend leiding aan het keukenteam en bewaakt kwaliteit en processen.
Je denkt mee over menu’s en zorgt voor een gastvrije culinaire beleving bij Hof van Saksen. Je beschikt over een SVH-opleiding Keuken, hebt minimaal 4 jaar zelfstandige kokservaring en beheerst Nederlands goed;
Engels/Duits zijn prettig.
