Key Lead - Westfield Mall Hollister

Location: Leidschendam

Key Lead – Store Leadership Role  The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as Floor Supervisor, the role provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates while ensuring store operations run effectively.
What You’ll Do   Perform opening and closing routines.
Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
Build and maintain visual displays.
Analyze reporting to inform decision‑making.
Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
Schedule Requirements  Schedule will vary weekly but you should expect to work at least 24 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays, with hours increasing during peak periods.
What It Takes

Education:

High School Diploma/ GED preferred.

Experience:

At least 1 year of retail experience preferred; no supervisory experience required.
Language: CEFR B2 fluency in English and Dutch required.
Strong customer focus, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of current fashion trends.
Energetic, outgoing, assertive, proactive, adaptable, flexible, detail‑oriented, multitasking, strong work ethic.
Compensation and Benefits   Full‑time starting rate: €33,197.47 annually (salary range may be modified).
