About the role:

In this leadership role, you’ll work with a passionate team that sits at the core of our Finance department. You’ll be responsible for three impactful pillars:  financial reporting ,  non-financial (ESG) reporting , and  inventory accounting . This is a unique opportunity to shape how Redcare consolidates and communicates key performance information across the group—both hands-on and at a strategic level.

About your tasks:

Execute and lead  the monthly, quarterly, and annual  financial closing  processes across the group

Drive inventory accounting  processes and ensure timely, accurate results in collaboration with multiple departments in the company

Oversee and  execute  non-financial reporting in line with  CSRD/ESRS  requirements

Ensure full  IFRS compliance  and support group audit processes

Prepare  the consolidated  annual report , ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with reporting standards

Provide strategic input and guidance as the senior point of contact for consolidation, accounting, and reporting matters

Coach and work alongside  a team of ~5 accounting professionals, building expertise and delivering results together

About you:

Extensive experience  in  financial reporting , ideally with an audit background and international scope

Strong IFRS knowledge , with ESRS/CSRD familiarity considered a plus

CPA or Dutch RA certification  preferred

You’re comfortable navigating across departments and engaging with diverse stakeholders

English proficiency  required;
Dutch or German is an advantage
