Retail Manager, STORE STORE

Location: Spaarndam gem. Haarlem

As the store manager of this e-bike shop in the heart of Amsterdam, you ensure a perfect customer experience on the shop floor. You start the day independently, prepare the newest e-bikes for use, and welcome the first visitors for rentals and sales. During the day, you advise tourists and locals on the best routes and e-bikes, supervise a direct colleague on Saturdays, and monitor the welcoming atmosphere of the shop.

Managing daily sales and the rental of e-bikes to tourists and locals.
Running the shop, working independently 60% of the time and collaborating with a colleague 40% of the time.
Communicating and strategizing directly with the owner and her right hand regarding store results.
Ensuring a representative store presentation and an accurate store inventory.
Handling daily administrative tasks and reporting at the end of your shift.
Excellent customer contact skills and proven experience in sales.
Affinity with e-bikes and the willingness to learn within an innovative retail environment.
Fluent in English, and Dutch is a plus.
A direct contract with the employer.
