Inter IKEA Systems B.V. zoekt een Coordinator Customer Relations bij IKEA Duiven. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor kassaplattegrond en geldstromen, stuurt een team van ca.
tien collega’s aan en bewaakt een vlotte service bij de kassa. Je houdt toezicht op nauwkeurigheid, training en klantvriendelijkheid in een dynamische winkelomgeving. Je werkt in wisselende ploegen, draait mee in het weekend en op feestdagen, en levert zo bij aan een positieve klantbeleving en een efficiënte kassa-ervaring voor
