Albert Heijn is op zoek naar een Shiftleider Allround die het team aanstuurt op de afdelingen Vers, Operatie en Service. Je werkt nauw samen met de supermarktmanager en winkelcoördinator om de winkel dagelijks soepel te laten draaien.
Je coacht en motiveert het team, bewaakt de planning en staat in contact met klanten. Daarnaast help je in de winkel bij laden/lossen en bij het zelfscanplein om zo een gezellige en efficiënte winkelvloer te creëren.
