Action zoekt een bedrijfsleider voor een winkel in Roden, met verantwoordelijkheid over omzet, voorraad en teamontwikkeling. Je stuurt samen met de assistent bedrijfsleider een divers personeel aan en bewaakt de uitstraling van de winkel.
Je hebt minimaal een mbo 4-opleiding of HBO-niveau en minstens vijf jaar retailervaring, waarvan twee jaar in leidinggevende functies. Avond- en weekenddiensten zijn gebruikelijk.
