As Industry Business Developer B&C, you will shape our growth strategy in the Bottling & Canning segment. You will take the lead in developing key global accounts, supporting complex technical projects, and expanding our reach toward end users.

• Manage and grow relationships with the three major global B&C accounts in collaboration with the Area Sales Managers

• Support regional sales teams with technical expertise and consultative selling during large projects.

• Identify new opportunities at end users and drive business development beyond major integrators.

• Part of a specialist team including a Global Industry Leader, an Industrial Application Engineer, and a Technical Innovation Lead.

• Train internal teams (Engineers, Internal Account Managers, Area Sales Managers) on B&C applications and product capabilities.

• Strengthen our market knowledge and support the Product Development and Market development.

• Represent Amba Flex on-site with customers and at technical discussions.

• Work from our headquarters in Zwaag 1–2 days per week, combined with international travel when needed.

• A technical-commercial professional with experience in Bottling & Canning or similar industrial capital equipment.

• Strong understanding of integrator vs. end-user dynamics in production environments.

• Confident in consultative selling and able to translate technical solutions into value for the customer.

• Comfortable joining complex technical discussions and supporting application engineering.

• Skilled in building long-term strategic relationships with global accounts.

• Proactive, structured and able to work independently in an international environment.

• Excellent communication skills in English;
  Dutch and German are a big plus.

• Willingness to travel internationally.
