Een zorgorganisatie in Eemnes zoekt een coördinerend begeleider LVB/MVB voor een moderne woonlocatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor coördinatie en ondersteuning van bewoners met lichte en matige verstandelijke beperkingen. Je werkt samen met een betrokken team en begeleidt bewoners in hun dagelijkse leven. Er is ruimte voor humor en reflectie. We bieden een vast contract van 24–36 uur per week, salarissen volgens CAO Gehandicaptenzorg en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden via scholingen en trainingen.
