Een detacheringsbureau in de zorg zoekt een Casemanager Jeugd die verantwoordelijk is voor het begeleiden van jeugdigen en gezinnen in moeilijke situaties. Je analyseert de situatie en brengt veiligheid in kaart, waarbij je samenwerkt met diverse partners zoals scholen en zorgaanbieders. Vereist is een afgeronde HBO opleiding in Social Work en minimaal twee jaar ervaring in de Jeugdhulp. Dit bureau biedt tot €5554 salaris, pensioen regeling en opleidingsmogelijkheden.
