Een organisatie in de jeugdzorg zoekt een Jeugdzorgwerker in Cothen. Je begeleidt jongeren in hun dagelijks leven en helpt hen bij persoonlijke doelen en zelfstandigheid. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het hulpverleningsplan en onderhoudt contact met ouders en scholen. De functie vereist een hbo-diploma in een sociale richting en een SKJ-registratie. Flexibiliteit in werkuren is ook belangrijk. Dit biedt een salaris tussen de €3045,- en €4375,- bij een 36-urige werkweek, plus ontwikkelingskansen.
